Return & Refund Policy

At NOVAL DEALS, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unworn, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be sent to the return address provided by our customer support team after your return request has been approved.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions, including information on how and where to send your package. When applicable, a return shipping label will also be provided.

Items returned without first contacting us and receiving return authorization may not be accepted.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products may not be eligible for return, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants; custom or personalized products; and certain personal care or beauty products.

We also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are generally not eligible for return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your current item. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, applicable consumers may have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.

Returned items should be in the same condition in which they were received — unworn or unused, with tags where applicable, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase may also be required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
